Choose the right MoovMail plan for your team size and storage needs.

Plans are selected during onboarding and can be upgraded from Admin → Billing or /admin/upgrade.

Plan features (add-ons)

Some capabilities are enabled per plan or organization override:

  • calendar — Calendar app at /calendar
  • word — Document editor in storage
  • spreadsheet — Spreadsheets in storage
  • presentation — Slide editor in storage
  • moovcall — Video meetings from calendar and inbox

Storage split

Each user's quota covers mailbox and file storage together. Rebalance the split in Settings → Manage Storage Quota without exceeding your plan total.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Admin → Billing.
  2. Review seats in use vs purchased.
  3. Select upgrade or add seats.
  4. Complete payment — new limits apply immediately after confirmation.

Reseller / partner

Partners can apply at /become-a-reseller and manage accounts through the reseller portal.
