Admin: User Management
Invite users, assign roles, shared mailboxes, and audit access.
Opening user management
- Log in as an organization admin.
- Go to /admin.
- Open the User Management tab.
Inviting a user
- Click Invite user.
- Enter username (before @), first and last name, and initial password.
- Optionally grant admin or assign a custom role.
- Mailbox quota follows your plan unless overridden per user.

User actions

| Suspend / Activate | Block or restore login without deleting mail. |
| Edit quota | Adjust mailbox size within plan limits. |
| Assign role | Apply built-in or custom admin roles. |
| Login history | Review IP, device, and browser for sign-ins. |
| Security | Force password change or manage 2FA for the user. |
Custom admin roles
Create roles with granular permissions (e.g. billing-only, user management without DNS). Assign roles per user from User Management.
Shared mailboxes
Create a shared address (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) and add delegates who can read and send as that mailbox.
Seat limits
If you hit your plan user limit, upgrade under Admin → Billing or compare plans.
