Admin: Domain & DNS

Verify domain ownership and email authentication from the admin panel.

Multi-domain organizations

Pro and multi-brand setups can attach multiple verified domains to one organization. Open Admin → Domain to add domains, set a primary domain, and verify DNS per domain. Each domain gets its own DKIM keys and verification status.

  • Users, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups pick the domain when creating addresses.
  • Inbound mail requires MX verification on the recipient's domain.
  • Outbound DKIM signs with the domain matching the sender address.
  • SSO login works for any domain registered on the organization.

DNS records

MoovMail shows exact values to add at your registrar:

  • MX — receive mail (guide)
  • SPF — authorize senders (guide)
  • DKIM — sign outbound mail (guide)
  • DMARC — policy for failed auth (guide)

Verification

After adding records, click Verify in the admin domain panel. Propagation can take up to 24–48 hours. See Verify DNS records.

Mail client settings

The Domain tab lists IMAP, POP, and SMTP hostnames and ports for Outlook, Thunderbird, and mobile clients. Users can also configure forwarding and IMAP in Settings → Mail Config.

Migration

Start IMAP migration from Google, Microsoft 365, Zoho, and other providers. Track batches and tasks from the Domain tab or migration overview.

Deliverability

View daily send limits, reputation indicators, and bounce suppression stats. Keep SPF, DKIM, and DMARC valid for best delivery.
